We are growing and are now looking for an experienced gardener who wants to become an important part of our team and our continued development. We work with gardens and outdoor environments, mainly for private individuals but also for companies. Our focus is on quality, sustainable solutions, and personal service.

We are based in Harplinge and operate in Halmstad and surrounding areas.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period, starting in the spring of 2026.

As a gardener with us, you will:

• Maintain and develop existing customers' gardens
• Engage with customers and provide professional advice on maintenance and plant selection
• Partly plan workdays and workflows
• Contribute to quality, structure, and well-being in the team

We are looking for someone who

• Has education in gardening or equivalent experience
• Has good plant knowledge and a genuine interest in gardening
• Is social, service-oriented, and solution-focused
• Enjoys both independent work and teamwork
• Has a B driver's license and experience driving with a trailer
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is physically fit and enjoys outdoor work
